• How many letters can I have on a cardigan? 
  We try to accommodate all names requested however please be mindful depending on the size of the cardigan... 0-3 months may struggle with names over 8-9 letters. 
  
   

• What colours can I choose from for the embroidery?
  
  A choice of thread colours are available on the drop down box within the cardigan listing. If you want to see a photo of the thread colour against the cardigan send me an email and I'll happily arrange this.

• How long does it take for you to dispatch orders?
  Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
  
   

•  What shipping company do you use for orders?
  We send items in the UK via Evri Next Day Delivery. For orders overseas we use Parcel Force Worldwide.
   
   

• Can I send in a knit for you to embroider?
  Yes, absolutely. Our Send-In Embroidery Service, available on our product pages, allows you to send us your own hand-knitted cardigan to be embroidered. This is ideal for treasured knits with sentimental meaning, including garments lovingly made by a family member, such as a grandmother.
  
   

• Do you offer products other than personalised name cardigans?
  Yes. In addition to our hand-knitted personalised name cardigans, The Sleepy Giraffe Co also offers organic cotton baby blankets embroidered with names, as well as personalised poems designed for baby nurseries. These products are created to complement our cardigans and make thoughtful, meaningful gifts for babies and young children.
